Our Story

On September 27th, 2018, identical twins, Leo Lavin and Finn Lee Robinson, were welcomed into the world. After 11 days in the NICU,  Leo and Finn were able to come home. Leo and Finn were the best babies a parent could ask for and their connection with each other was so amazing to watch.

 

On November 4th, at just five weeks old, our lives changed forever when Leo passed away unexpectedly in his sleep. Leo's time, though short, will be forever cherished through heartwarming memories of his sweet giggles and the love he shared with his brothers, parents, family and friends.

 

We feel Leo’s brief life and tragic loss is part of a bigger plan for our family and are motivated to make sure his life has a positive impact on the world. We have decided we would honor Leo by holding an Annual Charitable Event. The proceeds of the foundation will raise money for families who have lost a child to help them in their grieving process. 

 

We have decided to name the foundation Love, Leo as we find it fitting that this effort will be the mark that Leo will leave on the world. We hope our events will be a time to gather with friends and family to celebrate the life of our little Leo, his sister Cali, and all the other babies that were lost too soon. 

 

We want to thank all of our family and friends for their continuous love and support. You’ll never know how much it has helped us and it is because of you that we want to help others going through the same experience.
